Mediagraph has sole discretion to accept or reject artwork or images to be placed on any product offered. Mediagraph also reserves the right to reject artwork based on copyright infringement unless written permission from the source accompanies the order/artwork. Anyone submitting artwork agrees to indemnify Mediagraph for any alleged copyright infringement.

Vector drawn art, and bitmap artwork is acceptable to Mediagraph, please refer to the File formats section for electronic formats accepted. When submitting vector drawn art please remember to convert all text to paths or outline before sending. Accepted media types that artwork may be received on, CDROM, or USB Flash Drive.

Sending Artwork:

Methods to send artwork include: Email, FTP, and CDROM/USB Flash Drive

Artwork can be sent via email if the file size is under 1 megabyte(1024K), and can be emailed to mediagraph@m-graph.com.

Artwork can be sent via FTP by logging onto our FTP at ftp.m-graph.com with the username “client@m-graph.com” and the password “client123”. Simply create a folder there with your companies name or your order number and place your artwork the newly created folder.

The last and option would be to ship or mail the artwork files on CDROM or USB Flash Drive.

Quark Express

All files excluding vector formats need to be at 100 DPI in actual size.

i.e.: A banner sized at 3’x2’ would require an image size of 3600x2400 pixels

All vector format files require:

• JPEG proof accompanied with them so that we may verify the file is properly displaying and printing on our end
• All fonts must be converted to outlines or paths

Artwork files, must not contain bleed space, or printers markers.

Delivery Times:

Standard production time is approximately 10 business days from art approval. Production time may vary depending on the size of the order and season. Rush orders can be accommodated please call to confirm. Rush charges will be negotiated.

Color Matching:

All color requests will be matched as close as possible at no extra charge. We cannot guarantee exact color matches.

Shipping:

We ship through FedEx and invoice for all charges. If you wish to use an alternate courier please specify your courier, and provide the account number to be used. A feature will be added shortly that will allow you automatically add the approximate shipping costs into your quotes.

Terms of Payment:

Our terms are 50% deposit upon agreement to purchase, and 50% prior to shipping.

Cancellation:

Once the order is in production, there can be no cancellations and will result in the loss of your deposit.
